Doing it Right!

Alright so onward with this paleo/zone thing! lol... So this is what I had for a snack. It's a 2 block snack and it's 2 oz of turkey breast (Applegate farms brand so no garbage) 1 med size apple and 6 almonds. I ate this about an hour and half before I went in to train today. Felt good during the workout and didn't end up getting hungry half way through like I normally do.

This was my dinner last night and close to my breakfast this morning. The only difference being that I had a sweet potato in place of the broccoli and cauliflower. Both are 3 block meals. This is 3.75 cups of steamed broccoli/cauliflower mix, 3 eggs and 9 almonds. 


Right now I am digg'n this whole paleo/zone thing. I feel like I'm getting quality balanced meals and they are easy to prepare and really easy to think about. Just grab things from the columns and put them together.
